This simple Mexican soup is a great, quick and good-for-you recipe by your favorite lager beer.
THE #NEWMOUTHADVENTURE:
We used the Primator Premium Lager from the Nachod Brewery in the Czech Republic. The Saaz hops and proprietary yeast come together to make this the World’s Best Lager 2010. This lager has mild bitterness, but apparent hop notes that lend a depth to the flavor which allows it to stand up to the assertive flavors of our Mexican Tres Chiles.
TIP: Use left-over rotisserie chicken and boxed chicken stock for a quick and easy meal.
