TIP: Mason jars are easier for making dressing than bowls and whisks. For a slightly creamier texture, try adding 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.

4 tablespoons Just+Add Beer Smoky Japanese Miso BBQ
2 tablespoons Ballast Point Pineapple Sculpin or Your Favorite IPA
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon Minced Ginger
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon/Spicy Brown/ Karashi Mustard (optional)
STEP 1: MAKE BASE
Combine 4 tablespoons Just+Add Beer Smoky Japanese Miso BBQ + 2 tablespoons Ballast Point Pineapple Sculpin or your favorite IPA with 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
STEP 2: COMPLETE DRESSING
Add the remaining ingredients to your Mason Jar. Tighten the lid and shake it vigorously until well combined.
STEP 3: PLATE & GARNISH
